Cathy Richards, M.A., is owner of Inspiring Vitality and the best-selling author of BOOM: 6 Steps to a Longer, Healthier Life. As a lifestyle and wellness strategist and speaker, Cathy merges experience in corporate wellness and senior living to develop her unique “never too early, never too late” message about maximizing physical health, brain function, and energy level at any age. With a M.A. Degree in Exercise Physiology and more than 20 years’ experience as a wellness coach, Cathy creates programs for older adults and their adult children or care partners.
