About Mac Calloway

Mac had the rare opportunity to start his sports performance career in the professional ranks joining the NBA’s Orlando Magic and WNBA’s Orlando Miracle working alongside All-Star caliber players and future NBA Champion Head Coach. This hands-on experience at an elite level allowed Mac to become one of the youngest Division-1 Head Basketball Strength and Conditioning coaches at only 24 years of age. Mac has coached countless athletes in a multitude of sports over the last two decades at the likes of University of Dayton, Clemson University, University of Miami (FL) and DePaul University where he was named Director of Sports Performance. Mac is currently the Human Performance and Education Specialist at Keiser Corporation. In addition to his role with Keiser, Mac volunteers his time training and mentoring groups of youth athletes in the community.

The Importance of Versatility in Your Fitness Programs

In this session we will uncover what versatility is, why it is important and how to incorporate into your fitness and performance programs. We will explore ways in which you can easily versify your workouts such as changing the type of equipment you use but we will also dive into more complex strategies such as altering training themes and qualities in order to achieve your fitness goals.
