Ms. Lea, an ACE-CPT, holds a degree in Kinesiology. She has been with Curves for 18 years in various capacities and is now the Senior Manager of Science and Programs for Curves N.A. She has a passion for helping women live their best lives, no matter their age.
Functional Fitness on the Go
Start your day off right by completing a strength training workout that is fast, fun, and safe. Participants will be taken through a full 30-minute workout utilizing the Curves Resistance band. Because these workouts only require a resistance band, they can be done anywhere
1. Complete a functional fitness workout called Curves on the Go, a 30-minute session that encompasses all 5 elements of a traditional workout: warm-up, cardio, strength training, cool down, and stretching.
